Physio Insurance Patients

We are recognised by most major UK private health insurers, meaning you may be able to use your policy to cover the cost of your appointment and treatment.

Before booking, we kindly ask that you contact your insurer to confirm:

  • Your policy number and authorisation code
  • Whether you have an excess to pay
  • The number of sessions approved (if applicable)
  • Address and contact information (phone and email)

Where possible, we can invoice your insurer directly. If direct billing is not available with your insurer, you are welcome to pay on the day, and we will provide a receipt/invoice for you to submit a claim.
